Victoria Clark, Director

Victoria has developed extensive HR experience both nationally and internationally having spent 15 years in the industry. She has held senior HR positions for multinational corporations in the United Kingdom and Australia, and more recently has worked as an HR consultant for a district health board and state owned enterprise. A forward thinking HR Generalist, Victoria specialises in Change Management and Employment Relations, and has consulted on a number of business transformation projects under a shared services model in the IT, Finance, Energy and Health sectors. Victoria has a B.A. from Auckland University, and a post graduate diploma in Human Resources from Massey University. Victoria is a member of the HRINZ, and the Canterbury Employer’s Chamber of Commerce.

Shane Clark, Managing Director

Shane has a depth of management experience developed during his 10 years spent in the finance sector, and 8 years spent as an officer in the New Zealand Defence Force. He has held a number of senior finance roles for offshore investment banks, and most recently held the position of CFO for a publicly listed non bank financial institution in New Zealand. He has broad management skills across operations, business development, and finance specialising in business planning, risk management, product profitability, expense management, treasury, and project management of finance system implementations. Shane has a B.Sc. from Auckland University, and a postgraduate M.Com (1st Class Honours) from the University of Sydney. He is a member of the Canterbury Employer’s Chamber of Commerce.
